Problem diagnosed by 11:05. (Broken spline in 30 year old well pump) Problem FIXED, and fixed RIGHT, by noon! (Old well pump pulled, new well pump installed and tested, everything cleaned up and back in its place.) Charged me what they said they would charge me - no surprizes! Competent, honest, friendly, prompt - I wish every company on Earth was like this!"
