We were misled and fed false information about our well by another company, but he caught their mistakes and was able to ease our minds. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I also want to give a special shoutout to his assistant. She was so kind and patient with my daughter and took the time to play with her and her toys while everything was being taken care of. That meant more to me (and especially my daughter) than she probably realized! It’s not often you come across people who are not only good at what they do, but are also honest, professional, kind, and genuinely care about their customers.
